Cookies and analytics

Form submissions are stored in a secure database operated by our cloud service providers, which may be located outside Canada (including the United States). Wherever your information is stored, we require it to be protected by appropriate safeguards.
Who can see it
Your inquiry is available only to GrizzlyTrek team members who need it to respond to you. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who process it on our behalf, or where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve the business relationship, and then delete or anonymize them.
Job applicants
Job applications are handled through our applicant tracking system at grizzlytrek.applytojob.com, which has its own privacy terms presented during the application process.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us and we will respond promptly.
